Bug#573699: mumble-server-web: Configuration for apache broken - ice definitions moved

Symptom:
apache/php5 crash with message:
"icecpp: error: cannot open `/usr/share/slice/Glacier2/Router.ice' for reading"

Cause: 
File /etc/php5/conf.d/MurmurPHP.ini contains outdated paths

The paths given are pointing to /usr/share/slice, which has moved to /usr/share/Ice/slice in ice33-slice.

Fix:

Change content of MurmurPHP.ini to:

ice.slice=-I/usr/share/Ice/slice /usr/share/slice/Murmur.ice /usr/share/Ice/slice/Glacier2/Router.ice
