Removal requests: iax and openser

Hi,

Just a heads up in case anyone would like to save one of those, though I
don't see why someone would...

I've just requested the removal of iax (Digium's libiax) and openser
from unstable.

iax was never really maintained by Digium, it's unused in Debian, unused
in the wild too, has quite a number of issues and I think it doesn't
work with recent versions of Asterisk anymore anyway.

openser is currently a 2+ years old version that we really cannot
release in the next Debian stable.
