libsofia-sip-ua-dev package missing sip_extra.h

Hello,

I noticed that the Sofia-SIP package is missing a development header
added in version 1.12.7.  Any chance this can be fixed?  (I'm new so I
hope I'm asking in the right place.  I also installed the package from
the Ubuntu repositories so please forgive me if this has been fixed on
Debian)

The fix is simple.  Add this line:

usr/include/*/*/sip_extra.h

To this file:

sofia-sip-1.12.10/debian/libsofia-sip-ua-dev.install
