Yes ekiga does currently require a sourceful upload, as the ptlib-plugins were
version hard coded in ekgia packaging. Thus not binNMU safe.
We have now removed the ptlib-plugins, back into libpt, so shlibs will pick up
this version dependency correctly.
After this sourceful upload ekiga will again be binNMU safe.
