Bug#603465: mumble-server: Please don't depend on dbus

Since dbus is deprecated in Murmur, please remove the dbus dependency
from the Debian package. (On the other hand, Murmur runs perfectly well
without dbus, so a "Suggests" should be enough anyways...)
