Dahdi 2.4 test packages

Hello,

I just uploaded Dahdi 2.4 packages on:
https://launchpad.net/~jmdault/+archive/debian-collaboration/+packages

The packages are built for Ubuntu, but with nothing ubuntu-specific
(except for a backports script).

If anyone cares to test them, go ahead!

BTW: the old Ubuntu packages had extra stuff such as dkms support, but
all that has been moved to another package to ideally have no diff at
all between Ubuntu and Debian.
