Hi,

ISDN controller: Cologne Chip Designs GmbH ISDN network Controller
[HFC-4S] (rev 01) is not supported by the current dahdi.

{ 0x1397, 0x08b4, 0x1397, 0xb762, 0, 0, (unsigned long)&hfc4s_BN },

added is enough to make it work.
