packages to consider droppping

Hi!

I would like to maintain the Yate package so all fixes will be applied in 
upstream.

The version in Debian is quite old (2.2.0-1~dfsg-1.1 is in testing since 
almost one year ago) while the current upstream release is 3.3.2 and a 3.4 is 
looming. There are some files that weren't updated since 1.3.0-1.dfsg-1.

Besides the fixes and new features newer versions can build against the 
H323Plus library so the obsolescence of OpenH323 is no longer a problem. Also 
some Debian package bugs (logrotate, init) are already solved in the files 
provided by the original tarball.
