Switching to git has been a long-term goal of mine; never managed to
actually do that, mostly because I cared about retaining the history.
Forcing CDBS, though, seems like a waste of resources and learned
collective experience for a personal preference with no immediate gain
-- not to mention that it'll severly limit the contributor base[1].
OTOH, it's not like we have a fleet of contributors, so if the others
agree I'm really in no position to object.
My limited contributions and my offer to review though are off the table
in such a switch; I really have limited time and learning how to use
CDBS is more than I can handle. No hard feelings, though :)
