IP Telephony

Hy,
 
We are a Lebanese Company - 50 Users-  that needs to buy a new IP PBX.
We are hesitating between a Hardware Based IP PBX the  Mitel or Software
Based IP PBX the Asterix.
Please could you help us to choose?
