Bug#633482: asterisk crashes shortly after startup with symbol lookup error

After this security upgrade, Asterisk no longer works on lenny. About
10-20 seconds after starting, it crashes: if invoked with asterisk -c,
this console message is emitted.

asterisk: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_sip.so: undefined symbol: ast_str_strlen

Identical results with kernels 2.6.26-2-amd64 and 2.6.26-2-686 (on
different machines); libc is 2.7-18lenny7.
