[Bug 817380] [NEW] Help tooltips have unreadable white-on-yellow text.

While some tooltips (hover over any of toolbar buttons) work fine,
selecting help->what's this? And then clicking on (for example) the root
channel gives a window with unreadable white-on-yellow text.
