Yes, these are also in Debian, in other asterisk-prompt-fr-* packages,
but that is not the same actor as the rest of
asterisk-prompt-fr-proformatique, so copying them from there would be
suboptimal :-(

It would be a "better than nothing" fix, though.

I've emailed upstream about that, maybe they have the file and simply
forgot to include it in the tarball. Wait and see.
