This is basically fixed. There's a separate pending issue with srtp,
which we currently work around by not depending on for sparc and hurd.
For sparc, see #628583 . For Hurd: there's currently an extra missing
build-dependency (libsnmp-dev). After which I'm sure there will be one
or two build issues.

But the original issue is resolved. Close it?
