Bug#631269: Please adapt to asterisk 1.8

Hello,

since asterisk 1.8 has entered testing, chan_capi does not work
anymore, neither does it compile without changes. 

Can you please consider supplying a chan_capi package that is
compatible with asterisk 1.8?
