[Bug 778033] [NEW] panel icon does not reload after auto-reconnect

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mumble

Mumble panel icon does not reload when disconnected from internet and
auto reconnect is enabled

running Unity

Steps to reproduce:
Open Mumble (notice mumble panel icon)

Go to Configure > Settings > Network and check Reconnect automatically
(apply/ok)

Restart Mumble (just in case to load new config, not sure if this is
necessary)

Disconnect internet and mumble panel icon should be removed

Reconnect internet and wait for mumble to automatically reconnect

Mumble starts but panel icon is not reloaded

Restart Mumble and panel icon is loaded
