I'm not sure about others, but I only tag once the package has been
uploaded and accepted.
I looked at the package and it looks like it could use some work.
Starting with simple things such as:
W: opensips-presence-modules: debian-copyright-file-uses-obsolete-national-encoding at line 19
The copyrights file needs to be UTF-8. That's easy to fix. I just want
to be sure I can touch the tree now.
The whole build process looks odd: you run 'make' quiet a few times for
different modules. Isn't there a better way? Do users actually have to
run 'make' multiple times with that complicated command-line?
