Bug#643583: asterisk deadlocks under moderate load using local channels, dahdi and sip

asterisk deadlocks under moderate load, while handling traffic with local
channels, sip channels and dahdi channels.

Symtoms include all sip channels dropping their calls and becoming dead, 
incoming calls are no longer answered, sip no longer reloads, and core 
restart now does not restart.

This is a production box, and is deadlocking about twice a day.

Two core files have been generated, those backtraces will be attached.
