What is your stance on this?

I actually have to decide whether I need to work on your template
(proposing a rewording as the synopsis is too long, for instance) in
case you wouldn't agree with new and insist on keeping the template
and the question in the package....

So, it woul dhelp to know about your view about the debconf abuse.
