Bug#683760: 'dialplan reload' command is missing

Hi,

Thanks for your response!

I made a huge mistake, I find the problem! I have been modified owner of 
files in the /etc/asterisk folder from asterisk to root. That was what 
makes asterisk scrambled. Everything is working stable now, since I was 
change owners back from root to asterisk.

My problem sold and please erase my bugreport, it was not a bug!
I was like an amateur. Sorry for any inconveniences!
