Hi,

libopal3.10.9 (3.10.9~dfsg-1) depends on  libavcodec53 and not on  libavcodec53
| libavcodec-extra-53
and so it reminds me the closed  #681136 even if I don't understand why we
should change
depends everywhere for such a conservative extension.
