Either the DAHDI devices need to be made accessible by the yate
user/group or YATE_GROUP in /etc/default/yate should be set to a group
that has access to the DAHDI devices. I don't know anything about
DAHDI however and don't know whether we can easily do that in the
package, but as far as I can see it shouldn't be too hard for a user
to configure it.
