Bug#675273: repro: unowned directory after purge: /var/lib/repro/

Implemented extra logic in repro.postrm to remove the directory and all
of it's contents on a purge

This is in the git VCS for the source package and should come out in
1.8.2-2, probably when the next round of minor fixes are ready
