Bug#677281: liblinphone3: Incoming calls drop after 37 seconds when using UDP.

Incoming calls would drop after 37 seconds. Outgoing calls worked no problem. This was on all 3 of my SIP accounts. Changing protocol from UDP to TCP fixed the issue.
