Could this not be repackaged? The files included in this package are
useful for many more cases than just those using apache. It's
frustrating having to either manually remove the apache2 dependency or
install the included files by hand. Both of these methods also inhibit
the package from being updated via apt-get.

I'm sure I can't be the only user of mumble who isn't intending to
install apache2.
