They need to change from current build-depending on libc-client2007e-dev 
to build-depending on either libc-client2007f-dev or libc-client-dev.

Binary package libc-client*-dev is from source package uw-imap.  New 
package has not been released yet (that's the issue of this bugreport) 
but is prepared and can be fetched and examined with this command:

  debcheckout uw-imap
