Recommended replacement for twinkle?

Hello VoIP maintainers,

I have been using Twinkle mainly for SIP SIMPLE presence and instant
messaging. I have tried several other SIP clients for GNU/Linux but
haven't yet find any open source which performs as well as Twinkle.

Do you have any recommendations for SIP SIMPLE clients which supports
presence and instant messaging I should try? It's a nice plus if MSRP is
also supported, i.e. the session based chat protocol.

Thanks,
Mikael
