Bug#674644: Spurious build dependency on libcelt-dev remains

Hi,

So it looks like the latest sflphone package you uploaded no longer
actually builds with/depends on celt, however the source package still
has libcelt-dev in its Build-Depends.

Could we please remove that.  It will become unsatisfiable once the
celt package is removed for Wheezy.
