Hi,

on powerpcspe [1], spandsp FTBFS like this:

spandsp/fast_convert.h:219:9: error: impossible constraint in 'asm'

Attaching a patch that fixes this by omitting powerpc specific asm
on powerpcspe where those asm statements are not available.
