Bug#694793: asterisk plugins: asterisk needs fixing first

Control: block -1 by 694805

It turns out that asterisk does not provide a specific-enough ABI string
(#694805), so these plugin issues should be fixed *after* asterisk
itself is fixed to provide a more specific ABI string.
