Bug#689280: linphone-nogtk: playbackgain set volume resets to default after pausing

After adjusting the volume with 'playbackgain'
pausing the call resets the volume to the default.
It may be desirable to do this sometimes, but it
should be by deliberate decision and command,
not as a side effect of some other activity.
