/etc/yate/providers.conf is installed as a conffile:

	 Installing new version of config file /etc/yate/providers.conf ...

The issue we have is providers.conf was originally shipped in yate-core/stable 
and then was moved to a better package in yate-qt4/unstable.

So while it is installed as a confflile, it is overwriting a conffile from another 
package, which I have handled via Breaks/ Conflicts (See Bug: #666883).

Do you have advice on how I can handle the change of package for a conffile and 
thus provide a fix for your report?
