Bug#716931: Bad signaling dtmf/r2 outgoing + patch

When I use openr2 library for dmtf/r2 outgoing and set
*mfcr2_immediate_accept=yes* for specify channels on chan_dahdi.conf,
the channels taken bad signaling,   and  in a random way set
*Immediate Accept=yes/no*.

This bug was report on asterisk tracker system [1] and the asterisk
mailing list[2]

The author of openr2 library (Moises Silva) make a patch to be applied
on *chan_dahdi.c*

If follow [1] you can obtain more info about the bug.

I tested the patch and build/work ok (I think that you don't need my
procedure, you know better than me for sure ;->)

I attach the fix (also can download directly from [1])
