Bug#712809: asterisk: initscript start command does not terminate

"/etc/init.d/asterisk start" does not return immediately when run by
init or from the command line.  It seems to be waiting for the
asterisk process to finish.

Adding "--background" to the start-stop-daemon command fixes the problem.
