Bug#703644: fails mysteriously when TLS enabled

repro stops, this is the last line of the console/log output:

ReproRunner.cxx:1246 | trying to load common name mappings from file:
/etc/repro/tlsUserMappings.txt


This is because tlsUserMappings.txt doesn't exist, but it is specified
in repro.config

Commenting out the CommonNameMappings option in repro.config or creating
an empty mappings file fixes the problem
