[Bug 1248931] [NEW] Mumble window always starts behind other windows

Public bug reported:

Whenever I start mumble from the dash it's never on top, always behind other windows. 
If I add it to the launcher and then launch, the application launches and then the icon shakes, but focus stays with whatever other app I had running.
