Bug#722519: FTBFS: inconsistent library versioning

This FTBFS cannot be reproducible in both sid and wheezy pbuilder. I can build
.deb packages and it contains .so file correctly.

And, its debian/libh323-1.24.0.install file instructs to install
"usr/lib/lib*.so.*.*.*", not specify library version, at least.


So, tag it as "unreproducible". Please reopen if something wrong with it.
