Bug#729635: kamailio: FTBFS on powerpcspe because of AltiVec assumption

Hi,

I'm attaching the patch that fixes current kamailio_4.2.0-1.1 in unstable.

Further, please add "powerpcspe" everywhere "powerpc" already exists in
debian/control.
