Sorry for missing this one for a few days.

For ppc64el, there's a small change required, because the machine
name is powerpc64le (suffix 'le' vs. 'el'):

	$ sed 's,ppc64el | powerpc64el,powerpc64le,' -i ptlib.debdiff

With that change, the ptlib package built successfully, and configure
messages changed:

from:
	configure: WARNING: "CPU powerpc64le not recognized - proceed with 
caution!"
	configure: OSTYPE set to linux
	configure: OSRELEASE set to "3.16-trunk-powerpc64le"
	configure: MACHTYPE set to powerpc64le

to:
	configure: OSTYPE set to linux
	configure: OSRELEASE set to "3.16-trunk-powerpc64le"
	configure: MACHTYPE set to ppc64
