Dear FTP masters,

With this -3 upload, I want to change the *source* package in order to 
remove a non free document from the source 
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=745405 specifies two 
files, but for the version in unstable only one such document exists).

Why do I have the above error?
