I see it stil fails to build on kFreeBSD (and I have your patch). Any
point in uploading a fix for that?

On ppc64el it fails due to an obsolete config.guess (or does it? arm64
builds fine). I have in my local git version a slight rearangement of
debian.rules allowing the use of dh_autoreconf. Any point of uploading
it at this point?
