That is not really clear

Where it says 'include all changelog entries' does it mean they should
be listed in full, with versions and dates, or just the bullet points
should be copied under the heading of the backport upload version?

The example with 0.7.5-2 'is the version in stable' appears to be an
example for a new backport.  My question was about the -v parameter for
updating an existing backport.

Is this how it should look now?  The second entry is also in the jessie
changelog.  There is nothing else that I change in this package to build
the backport.
