Bug#703282: [linphone] Workaround for numeric username

The same problem still persists with v3.6.

Numeric IDs are common for other providers, as well (e.g. easybell).

I worked around this problem with these steps:
* enter a username starting with a letter in the wizard
* use "Options -> Preferences -> Manage SIP Accounts" and change the username
  (there is no validation in this dialog)
