reSIProcate repository rebased from upstream

The Git repository on alioth was previously built using git-buildpackage

It has been moved to /git/pkg-voip/resiprocate-legacy.git

I have now created packaging branches in the a fork of the upstream
repository, they are called debian/sid and debian/jessie-backports.
I've pushed the whole upstream repository, with these branches, to
/git/pkg-voip/resiprocate.git

If anybody had cloned the earlier repository, you can either change your
remote to point at the resiprocate-legacy repository (which won't be
maintained any more of course) or you can rebase your changes onto the
new repository.
