Nowadays FFmpeg is supported in Asterisk - just hardcodes a different 
path than we use in Debian-packaged FFmpeg (and Libav, in Jessie).

Attached are updated patches, which compiles on Sid and Jessie.  Needs 
build-dependencies on libavcodec-dev libswscale-dev libsdl-image1.2-dev.
