libre + restund

Hi.  I'm in the process of packaging libre and restund, see:

Since this is obviously VoIP-related I wonder if it would make sense to
make this a pkg-voip maintained package?

I'm happy to work on the package under the pkg-voip umbrella.  I plan to
put the debian packagaging on alioth and follow normal pkg-voip
packaging style (as documented in the wiki).  If anyone wants to help
maintain these packages as Uploaded I'd be happy to share the burden.
