Following up, I'd like to propose to RM

It has been RC-buggy for 460 days, one license issue and a FTBFS. The
upstream site links to
http://wiki.gnutelephony.org/index.php/Download_Page for download which
is broken (I think the domain has been squatted) and there is no rdep in
sid (there was sflphone in jessie which has already been RMed).

Any objections?
