Dear Maintainer,
baresip should build-depend on libssl-dev because it links against it. It pulls
in this build dependency transitively in Debian, but it doesn't in Ubuntu,
causing it to FTBFS. [1]
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Add ssl to dev-deps and regenerate debian/control to fix FTBFS.
