   * What led up to the situation?

Orca, MATE, accessibility enabled. In preferences menu, show advanced items.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

1. Network settings: public IP address field and STUN server have labels not linked with
corresponding widget
2. Multimedia settings: same problem, with inputs and combo box
3. Manage SIP accounts: Display/Username/SIP address: same issue
4. Wizard: not translated
5. In the wizard: creation and login with external accounts or linphone.org accounts,
labels are not linked.
6. Same problem in Codecs tab.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

It results the screen reader doesn't say on what field we are.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Should speak the title of field.
