How to - sip-tester installation

Hi,

Please help on the instructions how to install the sip-tester (sipp) on Linux  (Debian) server...

I did download the package as "sip-tester_3.2-1.1_sparc64.deb"...
But can't find the installation instructions on the website...

Please advise...
